We want you to know that we will do our best to work with you to close every loan submitted, but if for some reason it does not fund you do not assume any charges from Precision Processing.

• A positive and trusting relationship between the Loan Officer and Processor is the key to long term success in this industry. We will strive to accomplish this with you by including but not limited to; daily communication between the LO and Processor, status calls to customers and all follow up on the LO’s behalf to third parties (i.e., lenders, appraisers, title etc.)

• We know your goal is to be successful and we understand in order for you to do that you need to focus on generating new loans while creating relationships with your current customers for referrals. Let us help! Once your loan has been turned in for processing, feel free to forward status calls from customers, realtors etc about the loan directly to your personal processor. We have top notch customer service supported by senior processing knowledge. You will have peace of mind knowing your customers are being handled in a friendly and professional manner.
