How do I start using Precision Processing? It’s simple!!

1. If you are utilizing Calyx Point as your loan origination software, please email the point file to submissions@letuscloseit.com. If you are working in a loan program other than Calyx, please fax an Application (1003), Transmittal (1008), and GFE and we will input in our system. (fax 602.412.4458 )

2. Please fax us a submission form, Rate lock /Pregrade, credit report and any documentation you may have already gathered for the loan.

3. Once we received everything, we will review the file with in 24 hours and send you an email confirming the receipt and an overview of what is pending to submit the file for U/W. We will follow up directly with your customer and third parties to be sure to get needed documents for underwriting in a timely manner.
